I’m Sarah, a therapist, coach and writer, as well as a mom and wife. I’m eager to get to know you.
I’ve been practicing therapy and coaching for over a decade, but over the last few years, I experienced a new season of my life that compelled me to support others who find themselves on a similar path.
My story
My work as a therapist started after my own mental health crisis when my second child was born. I was working full time and got completely overwhelmed by postpartum depression and anxiety. But that wasn't the end of my story.
With the help of my family, my faith and a professional I met with virtually, I started to recover.
Now I get to help women like me and you navigate the beautiful and difficult terrain of motherhood, parenting, marriage and sometimes divorce, as well as all the emotions and challenges our many roles bring up.
I believe
Mental health care is health care, and everyone deserves to have access when they need it.
In order to make therapy affordable, accessible and keep you in control of your care, I offer membership-based therapy services in person and via tele-health so we can meet anywhere and at flexible times that work with your schedule.
