Welcome to the Whole and In Control Guided Practice is a self-paced course guiding you through five of my most-used breath and body calming tools that will help you regulate your mind and begin to feel at home in your body.

Find a calm place, ideally somewhere quiet where can sit or lie down. No other equipment is required, just a device where you can listen or watch each of the exercises. Feel free to try them all and practice the ones you like and resonate with most.
